This beautiful Galveston wedding took place at The Trolley Station, a historic venue dating back to the late 1800s. The second-floor space, with its open floor plan, towering ceilings, and exposed wooden rafters, is filled with golden natural light pouring through west-facing windows—creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Both the ceremony and reception were held upstairs in this charming landmark. As the sun began to set, we captured wedding portraits on the balcony overlooking downtown Galveston and along the nearby historic streets, just steps from the venue.

This wedding at Galveston’s historic Moody Mansion offered a beautiful blend of elegance, history, and warmth.Photographed using 35mm and medium format Fuji Pro 400H film instead of standard digital cameras, the result is a timeless, aesthetic look that perfectly complements the 1895 Romanesque architecture. The creamy skin tones, organic textures, and subtle depth give the images a natural, refined quality that feels both classic and authentic. With its rich interiors and soft natural light, the Moody Mansion provided the ideal backdrop for a wedding gallery full of character and charm.

“We love working with Ryan!! He did an amazing job for our engagement photo shoot. Both me and my fiance are not very good at posing and sometimes quite shy in front of camera. Ryan was very professional and patient. We received over 400 edited photos (!!) in about 2 weeks and they are so great!! We highly recommend him!”
