The Lasker Inn is one of the top Wedding venues on Galveston Island. This wedding affected by the results of 2020’s covid pandemic, was set to have originally hosted over one hundred guests in celebration of the marriage of Alex and Alyssa. The couple bravely decided to hold true to their initial wedding date and held a much smaller, more intimate ceremony with only immediate family,…and me.

I photographed this wedding just the same as I had for a full-day, three-hundred guest celebration, while paying close attention to all the details and special moments. The outcome was a great day, filled with great photography, and many special moments with close family. The couple do plan to have the wedding where all their friends and family can attend, hopefully in 2021, and hopefully without masks.
